Moti Gueta has a license from the Ministry of Justice. He has a diploma of Tel Aviv university specialized in negotiations. He is also a certified arbitrator to solve conflicts in real estate issues appointed by  the Central Committee of the National Chamber of Real Estate Agents. He accompanies the firm's transactions closely and regularly.

The manager of the Gueta Israel Real Estate department, which deals with foreign residents and Jewish from the Diaspora. The manager of the Gueta Israel Real Estate in France is Dana Hatchwell Gueta, Israeli lawyer. She lives in Paris for 15 years and has been involved in real estate for about

25 years. She has represented large entrepreneurs and handled large projects. She speaks fluently French, English and Hebrew.

Dana Hatchwell Gueta has a Master Degree in Law from the Tel Aviv University (LLM). Professor in the University for Law students in Real Estate. She graduated with honors her Diploma and Bar Association Exams in Israel.
